This Saturday Free! We're preforming at The Royal Airforce Hendon pageant, part of the RAF centenary celebration. We're on 1.30pm, and the event is all day. There will be a Lancaster bomber flypast, swing dance classes, re-enactors, vintage fairground, face painting, giant lawn games and more!

Saturday 15th September
1.30pm 1st set
In the 1930s, The Aerodrome pageants drew huge crowds and were a chance for spectators to see aircraft fly, to experience technology they had never seen before and to see the Royal Air Force in action. This Centenary year we will be bringing this tradition back to the Hendon Aerodrome, which is now home to the newly transformed Museum. Join us for this family festival that will capture some of the magic of the past Hendon Pageants.
11am - 5pm The festival will feature:
- Live vintage music including Silver Ghost, Auntie Maureen and Joe Thomas
- Lancaster Flypast
- RAF Museum vehicle display
- community and local interest stands
- RAF Museum Second hand book shop and Magpie Amore vintage stand
- Swing dancing demonstrations and lessons from Swing Patrol
- Living History areas with re-enactors bringing the 30s to life
- Vintage fairground, including a coconut shy, high striker, swing boats and more
- Face painting
- Giant lawn games

The Candlelight Club is a clandestine pop-up cocktail party in a secret London venue, a stunning, tucked-away den with a 1920s speakeasy flavour, completely lit by candles. Each event offers an elegant cocktail menu, sophisticated dining options all night, plus dancing to live music and vintage DJing. Sometimes there is also cabaret, dance acts, burlesque and more…

In addition to a well-stocked bar of exquisite cocktails, Champagne, wine and beer, the kitchens will also be open all night. Tickets to The Candlelight Club cover entry and entertainment but do not guarantee a seat at a table. Some of the tables in the venues are freely available on a first come, first served basis. However, seating is limited (about enough for two thirds of the guests) so if you wish to reserve a table you may do so for an extra charge, which includes Champagne on arrival.
A small table costs £65 (on top of your ticket price), includes a bottle of the house Champagne and can seat up to five people.
A large table is £130, includes two bottles of house Champagne and can seat up to ten people.
